1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and software development services provided by Papaya Coders Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Papaya Coders offers custom web application development, mobile application development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), cloud engineering, DevOps, and IT consultancy services. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and SLA guarantees are defined in individual Service Level Agreements or Statements of Work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing under a custom contract, all client project deliverables, source code, and design assets developed upon full project payment belong exclusively to the client. Pre-existing proprietary libraries or boilerplate code remain the intellectual property of Papaya Coders.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure, or transmit malicious code.
